We have been working with Modeling Business Processes and Developing Enterprise Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Models from the late 1980's.

At Texas Instruments in the 1990's we evangulized developing business models before they were "popular" using Information Engineering Methodologies. TI's IEF Case Toolset required that data models and process models when developed before code was generated.  

At Burns Software we have continued this philosophy working with Business Users and IT departments both in the Commercial World and the U.S. Federal Government.

We also offer Project Management Services for both short and long term assignment. We stongly recommend and practice the PRINCE2 (PRoject IN Controlled Environment) methodoloy from ITIL.
